General
Generally most custom orders will be completed around two weeks from the time that we have approved artwork and payment in-house. If you're on a tight deadline, let us know and we'll do everything we can to help!
To accommodate our clients' varying schedules, currently all hours are by appointment only. Email us or call us at (888) 496-2040 to set up an appointment to talk about your project!
Apparel
We work with most of the nation's top providers of quality apparel, bags, hats and more. This allows us to provide our customers with a broad collection of products, including some name-brand apparel.
Some brands are very particular about how their products are used, so there may be some instances where we can't use a specific item for your project. In these cases we will recommend a similar product that will perform as good or better than the name-brand item, while often resulting in significant savings for you as well!

In most cases, we require that you purchase anything we print from us.
First, we enjoy wholesale pricing from all of our vendors and the more we purchase through them the cheaper our price gets. We pass these savings on to you, and this results in prices that are much lower than what you would be able find at a store. (Seriously, it's crazy how much stores mark these things up.)
Second, items purchased at stores or different locations sometimes have slight color variations due to lot numbers, how they were stored, etc... We purchase our items directly from the manufacturers or through large distributors...so this isn't an issue for us.
Finally, manufacturing is not an exact science. Sometimes ink splashes onto shirts, sometimes they get scorch marks from our press, and our embroidery machines likes to indiscriminately "eat" things from time to time. When this happens to our items, we feel bad but we always have extras in-stock to keep the project moving. If something were to happen to an item that you supplied, we would never forgive ourselves. (Ok, we would eventually forgive ourselves...but still we'd feel really, really bad...and you'd be on the hook to replace that item.)
In rare circumstances where we agree to use items that you supply, please note that this is entirely at your risk and we cannot be held responsible for any damages. So while sometimes we may agree to use something you supply, it's always better to try to acquire it through us.

We will gladly provide the manufacturer's size charts to use as a guide. For group orders (especially those involving children) we can also supply you with some samples to have them try on for fit.
Designs & Artwork
If you're putting together your own design or providing a digital copy of your logo, we would love to have it in one of the following formats:
- .ai - Adobe Illustrator
- .ps, eps - PostScript File
- .svg - Scalable Vector Graphic
- .psd - Adobe Photoshop
- .jpg - JPEG Image
- .gif - GIF Image
- .png - PNG Image
- Scribbles on cocktail napkins

- That old shirt that you got made somewhere else 12 years ago
Nope...creating unique custom designs for our customers is a big part of what we do. Just share any ideas that you may have, and we'll get started on creating something special for you! Some customers totally "leave it to us", and they're very happy with what we come up with.
If we place any third-party artwork into a design, it means that we have already acquired the necessary intellectual property rights to do so or that we have created the design from scratch. If you provide artwork files to us, it is up to you to make sure that you have permission to use that artwork.
That said, we won't knowingly utilize obviously copyrighted artwork without proper consent. (Look, we love Penn State as much as the next guy but that doesn't mean we want to be sued by them!)

In a word - yes. We reserve the right to refuse to print any design at our sole discretion.
Payment
We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards.
Everything we do is made-to-order, so we require payment when the order is placed. If you are a non-profit organization and are unable to pay in full upfront, please let us know and we'll try to work something out.
We'd love to be able to offer more liberal payment terms, but unfortunately we've gotten burned a few times in the past. (Somewhere there's a few thousand dollars of our money floating around that we know we'll never see.)

Pricing
A number of factors go into determining the cost of an item, including the cost of the item itself, overall quantity, number of colors in the design, turnaround time, etc... If we were able to put a price list together that took all of those factors into account, I don't think we'd be able to figure it out let alone anyone else! For this reason it's best to just tell us what you're looking for. We'll ask a few questions and give you a free, no-obligation quote.

In most cases, our prices are very competitive - even against the online guys. (Yeah this surprised us too because we provide a lot more customer service than they do, but we routinely find that we have better prices than them. And hey...we're running this business because we have three daughters to put through college, not to pad our hedge fund. But I digress...)
